Dude, the buffalo and the panda and awesome. I wonder if I could do that with my border collie. I’m guessing that given enough spray paint and duct tape, the answer has to be yes.

Somehow I doubt a border collie would put up with that sort of thing.

I have no picture to link (& dare not summon the All-Seeing Eye of Agamotto), but my neighbor’s poodle-trimmed alpacas are… quite a sight. If I’m correct, they find it rather embarrassing, too… Some animals blush. ^..^

“& dare not summon the All-Seeing Eye of Agamotto”
You can’t summon it without the Haitian Dr. Voodoo, who took over from Dr. Strange cuz he couldn’t handle demons or something (Gary Oldman, who played Dracula and Sirius Black, would be a perfect Dr. Strange). A better fit for that is Gargamel and his all-seeing smurf potion.

I’m sorry, but this is completely. Freaking. Awesome.
Also, Jason B.? Feel free to sell your computer and give the money to someone to pay their rent.

I think it’s great. It’s certainly better than shoplifting (*). People enjoy it, I’m sure poodles enjoy it, and it’s art. Remember that for poodles everything is about fun, and play, and games.
While I’m usually critical of beauty pageants as being oppressive and objectifying people (and poodles are certainly people) for some reason this stikes me as not politically offensive. Perhaps because it’s all about play and not about perpetuating the peoplearchy.
Disclosure: my new standard poodle puppy was born 7/7 and I’m soon to drive halfway across the country to pick her up.

I saw a corded poodle whose hair had been shaved except for the crown, which had been tended so that it formed very cute dreadlocks. Rastapoodle!
I am not sure whether poodle scuplting is cruel to poodles or my sensibilities but the peacock-poodle cracks me up.
