I still think she had to go, but this really is an impressive apology from Power: sincere, thoughtful, and fair to both her former boss and Senator Clinton.

Well said. Note, though, that she clearly leaves open the interpretation that she really does believe HRC to be a monster! SP points out twice that she has always heretofore been careful to speak respectfully of Clinton in public.
(Note further that I don’t think SP thinks HRC is a monster.)
