The Wrath of Oliver Khan
I had no idea you were from around here. Don’t know if you’ve been back lately, but it’s a very different city than it was in 1987.

The Wrath of Oliver Khan
Haslam’s *is* awesome. One of the best things about living here.

I read the book this weekend. Loved it. One thing I would have liked — maybe you thought of it and the publisher, probably rightly, nixed it — is a short bibliographical essay of the sort a non-fiction version (if that makes any sense) would have. Maybe you could post one.
So where is the sequel to be set?

Oliver, I’ve changed since 1987, too.
Vance, Haslam’s is indeed awesome.
CJ, thanks. There is the “editor’s note” at the back, whose sources are somewhat indicative. And, as for a sequel … well, make sure all your friends buy this one first.
